摘 要:本研究利用自主开发的低热容(LTM)色谱柱模块,设计了一款便携式超快速气相色谱仪,并将其应用于场地土壤中石油烃的现场快速检测。仪器采用分流不分流(SSL)进样口,样品经气化后通过低热容色谱柱模块,可在5 min内完成C10-C40的31种组分的分离分析。仪器采用锂电池供电,氢气、氧气和氮气瓶均集成于设备内部,便于现场检测,提高准确度与分析效率。实验结果表明,该仪器对实际样品的方法检出限低于0.97 mg/kg,定量限为3.9 mg/kg。总石油烃(TPHs)在31~6975 mg/L范围内相关系数达到0.99996,保留时间的相对标准偏差(RSD)低于1%,峰面积的RSD小于3%,整机续航可达5 h。该色谱仪具有便携可移动、灵敏度高、准确性高、适用现场原位快速分析等特点。In this study,a portable ultrafast gas chromatograph was designed using a self-developed low thermal mass(LTM)column module and employed for rapid on-site detection of petroleum hydrocarbons in field soil.The instrument featured a split/splitless(SSL)inlet.After the sample being vaporized,the separation and analysis of 31 components from C10 to C40 can be completed within 5 min through the LTM column module.The instrument was powered by lithium batteries,and hydrogen,oxygen,and nitrogen gas cylinders were internally integrated to facilitate on-site testing,significantly enhancing the accuracy and analysis efficiency.The results showed that the instrument had a detection limit below 0.97 mg/kg and a quantitation limit of 3.9 mg/kg.The linear correlation coefficient for total petroleum hydrocarbons(TPHs)in the range of 31-6975 mg/L was higher than 0.99996.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of retention time was lower than 1%,and that of peak area was less than 3%.The endurance of the whole machine was up to 5 h.Therefore,the developed chromatographic instrument was characterized by portability,high sensitivity,high accuracy,and suitability for rapid on-site analysis.
