摘  要:建立了一种氢化物发生(HG)-火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定镁合金中质量分数为0.0010%~0.050%的砷含量的方法。样品经硫脲-抗坏血酸还原,通过氢化物发生器将溶液中的三价砷转化为气态砷化氢,由载气送入石英管进行原子化,火焰原子吸收光谱仪测定。对实验条件进行了优化,考察了共存元素的干扰,对4个不同砷含量水平的镁合金样品进行精密度和正确度实验。结果表明,本方法的特征浓度为0.86 ng/mL,样品测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.89%~1.5%,加标回收率为97.5%~102.0%。An analytical method was established for the determination of arsenic contents in magnesium alloys with a mass fraction of 0.0010%to 0.050%using hydride generation(HG)-flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The sample is reduced by thiourea-ascorbic acid,and the trivalent arsenic in the solution is converted into gaseous arsine through a hydride generator.The gaseous arsine is sent into a quartz tube for atomization by the carrier gas and measured by FAAS.The experimental conditions were optimized,the interference of coexisting elements was investigated,and precision and accuracy experiments on four magnesium alloy samples with different levels of arsenic content were conducted.The results showed that the characteristic concentration of this method was 0.86 ng/mL,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of the sample measurement results were 0.89%-1.5%,and the spike recoveries were 97.5%-102.0%.
