摘 要:为进一步解决初产母猪繁殖性能障碍,进而降低生产成本,本试验将初产母猪随机分为3组,分别为对照组、FTAI处理组和烯丙孕素+FTAI处理组。试验结果表明:烯丙孕素+FTAI组(79.74%)和FTAI组(77.90%)参繁母猪分娩率均极显著高于对照组(60.45%)(P<0.01),偏瘦型的烯丙孕素+FTAI组(80.47%)和FTAI组(72.96%)的参繁母猪分娩率均极显著高于对照组(35.28%)(P<0.01),偏肥型的烯丙孕素+FTAI组(100.00%)的参繁母猪分娩率均极显著高于对照组(44.44%)(P<0.01);烯丙孕素+FTAI组(13.07)母猪的窝均总仔数极显著高于对照组(11.37)(P<0.01),FTAI组(12.76)母猪的窝均总仔数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),适中型初产母猪的烯丙孕素+FTAI组(13.18)的窝均总仔数显著高于对照组(10.61)(P<0.05),烯丙孕素+FTAI组(11.62)和FTAI组(11.59)母猪的窝均合格仔猪数均显著高于对照组(10.50)(P<0.05);偏瘦型烯丙孕素+FTAI组(12.63)和FTAI组(13.74)的头均总仔需参繁母猪饲养日均极显著少于对照组(16.27)(P<0.01),偏瘦型烯丙孕素+FTAI组(13.36)和FTAI组(14.24)的头均活仔需参繁母猪饲养日均极显著少于对照组(16.99)(P<0.01),偏瘦型烯丙孕素+FTAI组(13.78)和FTAI组(14.72)的头均合格仔猪需参繁母猪饲养日均极显著少于对照组(17.20)(P<0.01)。由结果可知,烯丙孕素+FTAI组对提高偏瘦型和偏肥型初产母猪的参繁母猪分娩率提高效果最佳,对适中型初产母猪的窝均总仔提高效果最佳,对偏瘦型初产母猪头均总仔数需参繁母猪饲养日、头均活仔需参繁母猪饲养日和头均合格仔猪需参繁母猪饲养日的减少效果最佳。In order to solve the breeding performance barriers of primary sows and to reduce production costs,primary sows were seceleted and divided into 3 group,control group,FTAI group and Altrenogest+FTAI group before weaning in this experiment respectively.The main results were as follows:(1)The participating sows farrowing rate of Altrenogest+FTAI group(79.74%)and FTAI group(77.90%)were higher than that of the control group(60.45%)(P<0.01),and the participating sows farrowing rate of Altrenogest+FTAI group(80.47%)and FTAI group(72.96%)were higher than that of the control group(35.28%)in thin backfat group of primiparous sows(P<0.01),and the participating sows farrowing rate of Altrenogest+FTAI group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(44.44%)in fatty backfat group of primiparous sows(P<0.01);(2)The total numbers of born(TNB)of Altrenogest+FTAI group(13.07)was higher than that of the control group(11.37)(P<0.01),and the total numbers of born(TNB)of FTAI group(12.76)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total numbers of born(TNB)of Altrenogest+FTAI group(13.18)was higher than that of the control group(10.61)in moderate backfat group of primiparous sows(P<0.05),and the numbers of born qualified of Altrenogest+FTAI group(11.62)and FTAI group(11.59)were higher than that of the control group(10.50)(P<0.05);(3)And the numbers of feeding days of participating sow needed per total piglets of Altrenogest+FTAI group(12.63)and FTAI group(13.74)were less than that of the control group(16.27)in thin backfat group of primiparous sows(P<0.01),and the numbers of feeding days of participating sows needed per alive piglets of Altrenogest+FTAI group(13.36)and FTAI group(14.24)were less than that of the control group(16.99)in thin backfat group of primiparous sows(P<0.01),and the numbers of feeding days of participating sows needed per qualified piglets of Altrenogest+FTAI group(13.78)and FTAI group(14.72)were less than that of the control group(17.20)in thin backfat group of primiparous sows(P<0.01).Conc
