摘 要:目的增强钛合金摩擦磨损性能,延长武器装备零部件的使用寿命。方法采用电弧离子镀技术在钛合金表面制备CrN/Cr梯度涂层,研究钛合金和CrN/Cr梯度涂层的力学性能及以铜为摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能。结果CrN/Cr梯度涂层弹性模量和硬度达280.88 GPa、16.98 GPa,较钛合金分别提高约2.19倍和3.02倍,同时H/E和H^(3)/E^(2)值相差0.0165和0.0512 GPa。在6、10 N载荷作用下,钛合金和CrN/Cr梯度涂层的摩擦因数具有相似的变化趋势,且平均摩擦因数分别为0.16、0.23和0.43、0.49。结论与钛合金相比,CrN/Cr梯度涂层的弹性模量、硬度以及耐摩擦性能均有明显提高。6、10 N载荷作用下,CrN/Cr梯度涂层的摩擦因数均大于钛合金,而磨损体积均小于钛合金。钛合金的磨损主要以黏着磨损、磨粒磨损和氧化磨损为主,CrN/Cr梯度涂层的磨损仅为黏着磨损及少量氧化磨损。The work aims to enhance the friction and wear properties of titanium alloy and prolong the service life of weapon and equipment components.The arc ion plating technology was used to prepare CrN/Cr gradient coating on the surface of titanium alloy,and the mechanical properties of titanium alloy and CrN/Cr gradient coating,as well as the friction and wear properties with copper as the friction pair were systematically studied.The elastic modulus and hardness of the CrN/Cr gradient coating reached 280.88 GPa and 16.98 GPa,about 2.19 times and 3.02 times higher than those of uncoated titanium alloy,respectively,and the H/E and H^(3)/E^(2) values differed by 0.0165 and 0.0512 GPa,respectively.Under applied loads of 6 N and 10 N,the friction factors of titanium alloy and CrN/Cr gradient coating showed the similar trends,and the average friction factors were 0.16,0.23 and 0.43,0.49.Compared with the titanium alloy,the elastic modulus,hardness,and friction resistance of the CrN/Cr gradient coating are significantly improved.The friction factor of the CrN/Cr gradient coating under 6 N and 10 N loading conditions is higher than that of titanium alloy,but the wear volume is the opposite.The titanium alloy demonstrates a complex wear pattern comprising adhesive wear,abrasive wear,and oxidative wear,while the CrN/Cr gradient coating primarily shows adhesive wear and a small amount of oxidative wear.
