摘 要:醇胺法捕集CO_(2)技术因技术成熟被广泛应用于工业碳捕集。然而,吸收剂(如有机胺)及其降解产物的排放,会影响CO_(2)捕集效率并增加环境和健康风险。因此,有必要对醇胺法捕集CO_(2)系统的胺逃逸进行控制。总结了胺逃逸的主要方式(物理夹带、气态排放和气溶胶排放),并分析了各主要胺逃逸方式的产生原因和控制难点。对比了多种胺逃逸控制技术(多级水洗、酸洗、干床、湿式电除尘、蒸汽注入及除雾器等)的原理、优缺点及效果,并对未来胺逃逸控制研究方向进行了展望。Alcohol amine CO_(2) capture technology is widely used for industrial carbon capture due to its mature technology.However,the emission of absorbents(such as organic amines)and their degradation products affect the CO_(2) capture efficiency and increase the environmental and health risk.Therefore,it is necessary to control the amine escape from the CO_(2) capture system by alcohol amine method.The main types of amine escape(physical entrainment,gaseous emission and aerosol emission)were summarized,and the causes and control difficulties of the main amine escape modes were analyzed.The principles,advantages and disadvantages and effects of various amine escape control technologies(multi-stage water washing,acid washing,dry bed,wet electrostatic precipitator,steam injection and mist eliminator,etc.)were compared,and the future direction of amine escape control research was prospected.
