摘　　要：明晰突发事件中应急情报供给涉入行为的理论内涵及实现逻辑,能够为应对突发事件及恢复生产生活秩序提供理论支持。基于此,文章从涉入行为理论分析视域,分析了突发事件中应急情报供给涉入行为的外部刺激、行为主体及行为要素,并构建了涉入行为模型,分析了其实现逻辑。研究发现,突发事件中应急情报供给涉入行为是涉入行为主体受到外部刺激,基于自身禀赋,涉入应急情报供给的过程。其中,外部刺激包括事件情景、用户需求和流程进度三个方面;而涉入行为主体也不是单一主体,其形成了一元主导、多元协同、互相合作的应急情报供给涉入行为的主体结构;具体的涉入行为要素则包括行为内容、行为时间和行为方式三个部分。Clarify the theoretical connotation and implementation logic of involvement behavior on emergency intelligence supply in emergencies,which can provide theoretical support for emergency response and recovery of production and life order.Based on this,from the perspective of the theory of involvement behavior,this paper analyzes the external stimuli,behavior subjects and behavior elements of the involvement behavior of emergency intelligence supply in emergencies,constructs the involvement behavior model,and analyzes its implementation logic.It is found that the involvement behavior of emergency intelligence supply in emergencies is a process in which the subject of the involvement behavior is stimulated by the outside and gets involved in emergency intelligence supply based on his own endowment.Among them,the external stimuli includes three aspects,namely incident scenarios,user demands,and process flows.The involvement behavior subjects are not a single subject,which form the subject structure of involvement behavior of emergency intelligence supply with unilateral leadership,multi-actor coordination and mutual cooperation.The specific elements of involvement behavior include the content,timing,and methods of the behavior.
