摘　　要：在对地铁数字阅读服务实践进行概述的基础上,引入SWOT分析法,从环境机遇、环境挑战、内部优势和内部劣势四个维度对公共图书馆地铁数字阅读服务的环境进行分析。在借鉴国内外公共图书馆地铁数字阅读服务成功案例的基础上,构建图书馆地铁数字阅读服务框架,该框架从资源配置、系统开发、资源输送、服务推广四个方面探讨公共图书馆地铁数字阅读服务的发展对策,以期为公共文化服务与城市通勤空间的有机融合提供方案。Based on an overview of the practice of subway digital reading services,this paper introduces the SWOT analysis method to analyze the environment of subway digital reading services in public libraries from four dimensions:environmental opportunities,environmental challenges,internal strengths and internal weaknesses.Drawing on successful cases of subway digital reading services in public libraries both domestically and internationally,this paper constructs a framework of subway digital reading services in libraries.This framework explores the development strategies of subway digital reading services in public libraries from four perspectives:resource allocation,system development,resource transportation and service promotion,in order to provide a solution for the organic integration of public cultural services and urban commuting spaces.
