摘 要:文章从完善公共服务体系、加强文化治理、发挥场域教化功能、满足群众多元文化需求维度,讨论构建边疆民族地区公共阅读空间的价值与内涵。以云南省为考察对象,分析目前边疆民族地区公共阅读空间的主要类型与运营服务模式,评价当前边疆民族地区公共阅读空间在政策保障、资源共建、中华民族共同体教育等方面做出的有益尝试。探讨边疆民族地区公共阅读空间在规划建设、读者服务、阅读推广、价值认同等方面存在的问题,从强化空间教育职能、增进边民交流与对外文化交往、引入国内先进管理经验等方面提出可供参照的具体措施。This paper discusses the value and connotation of constructing public reading space in frontier ethnic areas from the dimensions of perfecting public service system,strengthening cultural governance,exerting the function of field education and meeting the multicultural needs of the masses.Taking Yunnan Province as the object of investigation,this paper analyzes the main types and operation service modes of public reading space in frontier ethnic areas,and evaluates the beneficial attempts made by public reading space in frontier ethnic areas in terms of policy guarantee,resource co-construction and the education of the Chinese national community.This paper discusses the problems existing in the planning and construction,reader service,reading promotion and value recognition of public reading space in frontier ethnic areas,and puts forward concrete measures for reference from the aspects of strengthening the space education function,enhancing border people′s exchanges and foreign cultural exchanges,and introducing domestic advanced management experience.
