摘　　要：劳乃宣与吴士鉴为浙江籍同乡,二人在清末因共同承担为皇帝进讲等相关事务而交往渐密,在清宣统二年(1910)他们又同时被选为资政院硕学通儒议员,浙江图书馆藏有劳乃宣致吴士鉴未刊信札三通,正是他们在资政院工作时交往的反映。通过对信札中提及的人物、事件及历史背景的分析与考证,得知这些信札是由劳乃宣在清宣统二年至三年间(1910—1911)写给吴士鉴的,分别记录了劳乃宣在资政院第一次常年会召开前、会议期间以及会后积极联络吴士鉴参与系列政治活动的情况。这些信札不仅是劳乃宣与吴士鉴直接交往的记录,更展现了劳乃宣对清末预备立宪事业的热忱。Lao Naixuan and Wu Shijian were fellow provincials from Zhejiang.Their relationship grew closer during the late Qing Dynasty as they both took on related duties such as giving lectures to the Emperor.In the 2nd year of Xuantong,Qing Dynasty(1910),they were both selected as erudite and learned scholars to serve as members of the Senior Advisory Council.Zhejiang Library has three unpublished letters from Lao Naixuan to Wu Shijian,which exactly reflect their interactions when they worked in the Senior Advisory Council.This paper analyzes the persons,events,and historical background as mentioned in the letters written by Lao Naixuan to Wu Shijian in the second and third years of the Xuantong(1910-1911)and also makes efforts to verify them.The letters recorded how Lao Naixuan was actively involved in the communications with Wu Shijian before,during and after the first annual meetings of the Senior Advisory Council.These letters are not only the records of the direct interactions between Lao Naixuan and Wu Shijian,but also reveal Lao Naixuan's enthusiasm for the preparatory constitutional causein the late Qing Dynasty.
