摘  要:纺织品是日常生活必需品,染整加工是其产业化应用的关键环节。传统水染工艺存在水资源浪费和废水污染问题。超临界二氧化碳无水染色技术有望从源头解决该问题。近30年来,该技术在染料适配、工艺优化及装备研发等方面均获得显著进展。为了推动该技术的产业化进程,聚焦超临界二氧化碳染色装备领域,回顾和分析了其发展路径、技术现状和不足,并简要探讨了需突破的技术难题。Textiles are essential items in daily life,dyeing and finishing processing are key links in their industrial application.The traditional water dyeing process has problems of water resource wastage and wastewater pollution.Supercritical carbon dioxide anhydrous dyeing technology is expected to solve this problem from the source.In the past 30 years,significant progress has been made in dye adaptation,process optimization,and equipment research and development of this technology.In order to promote the industrialization process of this technology,focusing on the field of supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing equipment,its development path,technological status and shortcomings were reviewed and analyzed,and the technical challenges that needed to be overcome in the future were explored.
