摘  要:基于PDCA循环法对某型计量组件调试过程中流量合格率较低的问题实施优化。对目标设定、目标可行性分析、原因分析、要因确认、对策制定、对策实施、效果检查和巩固措施等方面进行改进,实现设备调试过程流量合格率100%达标。Based on the PDCA cycle method,the problem of low flow qualification rate during the debugging process of a certain type of measuring component was optimized.Quality improvement has been carried out in the stages of target planning,identification of key factors,formulation and implementation of countermeasures,effectiveness verification,and standardization solidification,achieving a 100%compliance rate for flow during the debugging process.
