摘 要:在超临界CO_(2)管道输送过程中,压力和温度变化会导致CO_(2)发生相态变化,对管道运输安全构成威胁。通过PVTsim和OLGA软件模拟了CO_(2)在管道输送过程中的相态变化情况及其对流动安全的影响。结果表明:含杂质CO_(2)流的临界温度和临界压力分别为31.26℃和7.38 MPa,随着管线延伸,管内流体的温度和压力下降,CO_(2)流从超临界态逐渐转变为气液两相流动状态,在2000 m处,液相流量迅速增大,气相流量相应减小。基于CCUS-EOR技术,对CO_(2)管道输送安全提出了合理化建议。In the process of supercritical CO_(2) pipeline transportation,pressure and temperature changes can cause phase changes in CO_(2),posing a threat to pipeline transportation safety.The phase change of CO_(2) during pipeline transportation and its impact on flow safety were simulated using PVTsim and OLGA software.The results show that the critical temperature and critical pressure of the impurity containing CO_(2) flow are 31.26℃and 7.38 MPa.As the pipeline extends,the temperature and pressure of the fluid inside the pipeline decrease,and the CO_(2) flow gradually transitions from a supercritical state to a gas-liquid two-phase flow state.At 2000 m,the liquid phase flow rate rapidly increases,and the gas phase flow rate correspondingly decreases.Based on CCUS-EOR technology,reasonable suggestions have been proposed for the safety of CO_(2) pipeline transportation.
