摘  要:设计了一种铁磁性骨架U型脉冲涡流探头,通过有限元仿真与传统无磁芯探头对比,分析了其在压力管道保温层下腐蚀检测中性能。同时,对比分析了锰锌铁氧体、硅钢片、坡莫合金3种铁磁性骨架材料的管道涡流场分布及接收探头电压曲线。研究结果表明:铁磁性骨架的U型脉冲涡流探头能够有效约束磁场路径,显著提高管道腐蚀缺陷的检出能力;相较于硅钢片和坡莫合金磁芯探头,锰锌铁氧体磁芯探头具有更好的检测性能。A ferromagnetic skeleton U-shaped pulse eddy current probe was designed,and its performance in corrosion detection under the insulation layer of pressure pipelines was analyzed by comparing it with traditional non-magnetic core probes through finite element simulation.At the same time,the eddy current field distribution and receiving probe voltage curves of three ferromagnetic skeleton materials,manganese zinc ferrite,silicon steel sheet,and permalloy,were compared and analyzed.The research results indicate that the U-shaped pulse eddy current probe with ferromagnetic skeleton can effectively constrain the magnetic field path and significantly improve the ability to detect pipeline corrosion defects.Compared to silicon steel sheets and permalloy magnetic core probes,manganese zinc ferrite magnetic core probes have better detection performance.
