摘  要:随着航空航天事业的发展,地面模拟实验装置的规模随之增大,真空球罐也不断向大型化发展。通过Fluent软件对某风洞实验室的20000 m^(3)真空球罐充放气时的温度场进行仿真分析,研究热应力对球罐表面应力分布的影响。同时,采用ANSYS Workbench软件对球壳的充气过程进行应力分析,研究球壳表面在充气过程中所受的应力强度,并对比了充气压力和热应力对球壳表面的影响。With the development of the aerospace industry,the scale of ground simulation experimental equipment has increased,and vacuum spherical tanks are constantly developing towards larger sizes.The temperature field during the inflation and deflation of a 20000m^(3) vacuum spherical tank in a wind tunnel laboratory was simulated and analyzed using Fluent software to study the effect of thermal stress on the surface stress distribution of the tank.At the same time,ANSYS Workbench software was used to conduct stress analysis on the inflation process of the spherical shell.The stress intensity on the surface of the spherical shell during inflation was studied,and the effects of inflation pressure and thermal stress on the surface of the spherical shell were compared.
