摘　　要：甲烷尾气膨胀再压缩机是乙烯装置的关键设备,常面临转速快、温度低和带液量大等工况,国内制造厂家缺乏成熟的设计和制造经验。通过优化机械设计,如在膨胀机叶轮出口设置导流孔,对叶轮表面进行超硬涂层处理,机组转子采用刚性轴设计和主轴与叶轮采用锥形三角轴孔连接结构等方式来解决部分技术难题。The methane tail gas expansion and recompression compressor is a key equipment in the ethylene plant,which faces working conditions such as high speed,low temperature,and high liquid content.Domestic manufacturers lack mature design and manufacturing experience.By optimizing mechanical design,such as setting guide holes at the outlet of the expander impeller,applying superhard coating treatment to the impeller surface,adopting a rigid shaft design for the unit rotor,and using a conical triangular shaft hole connection structure between the main shaft and the impeller,some technical difficulties have been solved.
