摘  要:铁素体-奥氏体不锈钢由铁素体和奥氏体组成,具有优良的力学性能、耐高温和耐腐蚀性能,广泛应用于石化和海洋等工程领域。但在实际使用过程中,热处理工艺不当,可能导致该材质脆性增强。针对某粗二氯乙烷(EDC)反应塔制造过程中双相钢焊接试板断裂实例,通过化学成分分析、力学性能测试、断口形貌和微观组织观察等方式,探究了焊接试板的断裂机理。Ferrite austenitic stainless steel is composed of ferrite and austenite,and has excellent mechanical properties,high temperature resistance,and corrosion resistance.It is widely used in engineering fields such as petrochemicals and oceanography.However,in actual use,improper heat treatment process may lead to increased brittleness of the material.Based on the example of fracture of a dual phase steel welded test plate during the manufacturing process of a crude dichloroethane(EDC)reaction tower,the fracture mechanism of the welded test plate was explored through chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,fracture morphology,and microstructure observation.
