摘  要:加热炉炉膛负压测量出现波动,会影响装置安全稳定运行。结合现场运行状态监测、微差压变送器检测及其安装方式进行分析,微差压变送器的正压端与大气直接连接是造成炉膛负压测量波动的直接原因,恶劣天气会使波动加剧。通过在微差压变送器的正压端加装缓冲设备等处理措施,炉膛负压波动问题得到了有效解决,满足加热炉安全稳定生产的需求。Fluctuations in the negative pressure measurement of the heating furnace chamber can affect the safe and stable operation of the device.An analysis was conducted based on on-site operation status monitoring,detection of micro differential pressure transmitters,and their installation methods.The direct connection between the positive pressure end of the micro differential pressure transmitter and the atmosphere is the direct cause of fluctuations in furnace negative pressure measurement,which can be exacerbated by adverse weather conditions.By installing buffering devices and other measures at the positive pressure end of the micro differential pressure transmitter,the fluctuation problem of furnace negative pressure has been effectively solved,meeting the needs of safe and stable production of heating furnaces.
