摘　　要：塔设备是石油、化工等行业中不可或缺的重要装置,而塔内件是塔设备的核心组成部分。目前,针对塔内件设计的工程理论研究较多,但缺乏对塔内件焊接工艺的研究,尤其是复合板塔器内部预焊件焊接制造结构。简要阐述了复合板塔器预焊件不同焊接工艺的实施方案,并进行了对比分析和总结。Tower equipment is an indispensable and important device in the production industries such as petroleum and chemical,and the tower internals are the core components of tower equipment.At present,there are many theoretical studies on the design of tower internals,but there is a lack of research on the welding process of tower internals,especially the welding manufacturing structure of pre welded components inside composite plate towers.The implementation schemes of different welding processes for pre welded components of composite plate tower were briefly described,and comparative analysis and summary were conducted.
