摘 要:针对柠檬酸建筑石膏凝结过快、强度低等问题,研究氨基酸缓凝剂、酒石酸缓凝剂和葡萄糖酸钠缓凝剂不同掺量对柠檬酸建筑石膏的标稠用水量、凝结时间、力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,氨基酸缓凝剂对柠檬酸建筑石膏的缓凝效果最好,同时对减小柠檬酸建筑石膏的标稠用水量有明显效果,但对力学性能有不良影响,掺量在0.6‰~0.9‰时效果最佳。酒石酸缓凝剂和葡萄糖酸钠缓凝剂对柠檬酸建筑石膏性能没有影响。Aiming at the problems of fast setting and low strength of citric acid building gypsum,the effects of different parameters of amino acid retarder,tartaric acid retarder and sodium gluconate retarder on water consumption,setting time and mechanical properties of citric acid building gypsum are studied.The experimental results show that amino acid retarder has the best retarding effect on citric acid building gypsum,and has a significant effect on reducing the water consumption for standard thickening of citric acid building gypsum,but has a bad effect on mechanical properties,and the best effect is when the dosage is 0.6 wt.‰~0.9wt.‰.Tartaric acid retarder and sodium gluconate retarder have no effect on the properties of citric acid building gypsum.The experimental results provide a reference for the selection of retarder for the preparation of citric acid building gypsum.
