贯入法在预制混凝土砌块抗压强度检测中的应用研究

摘　　要：预制混凝土砌块作为建筑行业中重要的墙体砌筑及承重材料,其强度性能是衡量建筑物安全性和质量的关键指标。基于水电站库区等大型工程背景,采用预制混凝土砌块进行防护,探讨了预制混凝土砌块的强度等级分类、抗压与抗拉强度规范以及强度提升策略,并重点分析了贯入法在检测预制混凝土砌块强度中的应用。通过试验建立不同强度等级混凝土砌块的贯入深度与抗压强度的回归方程,验证贯入法的有效性和可行性。Based on the background of large-scale projects such as hydropower station reservoir area,precast concrete blocks are used for protection,and the strength grade classification,compressive and tensile strength specifications and strength improvement strategies of precast concrete blocks are discussed,and the application of penetration method in detecting the strength of precast concrete blocks is analyzed.Through the experiment,the regression equations of penetration depth and compressive strength of concrete blocks with different strength grades are established to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the penetration method.
