社会工作赋能畲族刺绣的传承发展策略

摘　　要：畲族刺绣作为一项具有深厚民族文化内涵的传统工艺,在现代工业化生产的冲击下面临严峻的生存危机。文章通过实地调研与文献分析,系统探讨了畲族刺绣的传承困境及其发展现状,指出其面临技艺传承断层、文化功能转变以及市场需求萎缩等多重挑战。在此基础上,从社会工作的视角出发,提出通过微观层面的技艺培训与文化教育、中观层面的资源整合与平台搭建、宏观层面的政策倡导与国际交流,构建畲族刺绣可持续发展的多维支持体系。研究认为,社会工作的介入不仅能够为畲族刺绣的传承提供新的路径,也可为传统工艺的现代转型与乡村振兴提供重要借鉴。She ethnic embroidery,as a traditional craft with strong ethnic characteristics and high artistic value,is facing a severe survival crisis due to the impact of modern industrial production.Through field research and literature analysis,this study systematically examines the inheritance dilemmas and developmental status of She embroidery,identifying multiple challenges including technique transmission gaps,shifts in cultural functions,and shrinking market demand.From a social work perspective,the article proposes a multidimensional support system for sustainable development through skill training and cultural education programs,resource integration and platform development,and policy promotion and international cultural exchange.The research argues that social work engagement not only offers innovative pathways for preserving She embroidery but also provides valuable insights for the modern transformation of traditional crafts and rural revitalization initiatives.
