摘　　要：西兰卡普又称土家锦,与蜀锦、云锦、宋锦、壮锦齐名并称为我国的五大名锦,是我国少数民族织锦中的一朵瑰丽之花。随着现代社会工业化的迅猛发展和城乡经济差异的日益凸显,使得西兰卡普的传承面临手艺人流失、市场竞争力不足等多重严峻的挑战。基于以上传承难与发展难的问题,文章从非遗保护的视域出发,通过文献研究、实地调研与案例分析等方法,系统梳理西兰卡普的历史背景、工艺特色及发展困境。并结合恩施地区实际情况提出构建文创IP、互联网传播等创新路径,为土家织锦的传承与可持续发展提供理论与实践支持,帮助西兰卡普突破传承困境,开辟出文旅融合与数字经济相结合的新市场。Xilankapu,also known as Tujia Brocade,stands alongside Shu Brocade,Yun Brocade,Song Brocade,and Zhuang Brocade as one of China's five famous brocades,representing a radiant gem among ethnic minority textiles.However,driven by rapid industrialization and the growing urban-rural economic divide,its inheritance faces severe challenges,including the loss of artisans and insufficient market competitiveness.Addressing these dual crises of cultural preservation and sustainable development,this study adopts an intangible cultural heritage(ICH)safeguarding perspective.Through literature review,field research,and case studies,it systematically examines Xilankapu's historical context,artisanal uniqueness,and developmental bottlenecks.Grounded in Enshi Prefecture's realities,the study proposes innovative strategies such as establishing cultural-creative IPs and leveraging internet-based dissemination.These approaches offer theoretical and practical frameworks to revitalize Tujia Brocade,enabling Xilankapu to transcend its preservation dilemmas and pioneer a new market landscape integrating cultural tourism with the digital economy.
