巴黎奥运会男子竞技体操全能项目决赛成绩分析及中国运动员失利因素探讨

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、录像观察法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对巴黎奥运会男子竞技体操全能项目决赛成绩进行研究,探索成绩背后的制胜因素,并分析中国全能项目运动员比赛失利因素,以期为提升中国男子竞技体操全能项目运动员竞技实力提供参考。结果显示:(1)中国、日本、乌克兰和英国4国在男子竞技体操全能项目上具有强大的统治力。(2)每名运动员都有优势和弱势项目,日本运动员冈慎之助凭借6个项目零失误以及高质量的发挥获得巴黎奥运会男子竞技体操全能冠军;中国运动员张博恒由于前期出现重大失误,后面虽奋起直追,但以微弱差距获得亚军,肖若腾获得季军。(3)在男子竞技体操全能项目决赛中,单一发展难度或质量均难以起到决定性作用,只有两者并重,才是取得优异成绩的关键。(4)中国运动员失利因素主要体现在:排兵布阵不够合理,运动员体能消耗过多;落地稳定性不足;运动员伤病问题严重;缺乏顶尖全能优秀运动员。This study employs literature research method, video observation, expert interviews, and statistical analysis to examine the final results of the men's artistic gymnastics individual competition event at the Paris Olympics, identify winning factors, and analyze the causes of underperformance by Chinese athletes.The findings reveal:(i) Dominance of Four Nations: China, Japan, Ukraine, and the UK exhibited strong competitiveness in the men's individual competition event.(ii) Athlete Performance Dynamics: Japanese gymnast Shinnosuke Oka secured the gold medal with flawless execution across all six apparatuses.Chinese athletes Zhang Boheng and Xiao Ruoteng claimed silver and bronze, respectively, despite Zhang's early major errors and a narrow margin in recovery.(iii) Key to Excellence: Neither difficulty nor execution quality alone determined success;a balanced emphasis on both was critical for high scores.(iv) Factors in the underperformance of Chinese athletes: Strategic shortcomings included suboptimal lineup arrangements leading to excessive physical fatigue, inconsistent landing stability, chronic injury challenges, and a lack of elite individual competition gymnasts.
