摘  要:本文采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法等研究方法,对第18届竞技健美操世锦赛男子单人操前8名运动员难度动作的分值、排序、组别、使用情况与组合情况等进行深入分析。结果表明:(1)前8名运动员3项打分关系最终呈现出完成分>难度分>艺术分的趋势;(2)前8名运动员所选用的难度分值区间介于0.6~1.0分之间,0.6分难度动作选择次数最少,0.8分难度动作选择最多;(3)男子单人操项目前8名运动员难度动作组合方式与往届世锦赛难度动作组合方式相似,缺乏创新性;(4)前8名运动员C组难度动作仍是男子单人操使用频率最低的组别,A组与B组难度动作使用频率相差无几。建议:(1)提高难度动作分值的同时,训练中务必保证动作完成质量,形成高质量难度动作的肌肉记忆,以提升成套动作中难度动作的完成分。(2)想保证A组难度动作完成质量,需强化上肢与核心力量训练;针对B组,则要提升下肢力量、柔韧素质及身体姿态控制能力。鉴于C组动作使用频率低,男单项目不建议采用。(3)为提升成套动作新颖性,应分散选用不同组别难度动作,避免视角疲劳,增强核心竞争力。This study employs literature research method, video observation, and statistical method to examine difficulty elements(scoring, sequencing, categories, utilization, combinations) among the top eight finalists in men's individual competition at the 18th FIG Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships.Key findings reveal:(i) Their execution scores surpassed difficulty and artistic scores;(ii) The difficulty values ranged 0.6-1.0 points, with 0.8-point elements most frequently utilized versus 0.6-point elements least frequently utilized;(iii) The difficulty element combinations showed similarity to previous championships, indicating limited combinatorial innovation;(iv) Group C elements remained underutilized, while Groups A and B demonstrated comparable application frequencies.Consider the following strategies:(i) Prioritize both difficulty and execution quality during training to develop muscle memory for high-quality difficulty elements, thereby improving execution scores in routines.(ii) For Group A difficulty elements, strengthen upper body and core strength to ensure precision;for Group B,focus on lower body strength, flexibility, and posture control.Avoid using underutilized Group C elements in men's individual routines to maximize scoring potential.(iii) Increase routine originality by strategically distributing diverse difficulty groups to prevent visual monotony and strengthen competitive edge.
