摘 要:目的:探讨健身气功运动对社区独居老年人生命质量的影响。方法:采用随机对照试验设计,以永州市4个社区40名60岁以上独居老年人为实验对象,随机分配20人为实验组、20人为对照组。运用SF-36量表评估生命质量,通过t检验分析实验前后数据差异。结果:(1)经过12周的健身气功运动练习后,实验组在生理机能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)3项指标与实验前并无显著差异(P>0.05),在社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)2项指标上与实验前有显著性差异(P<0.05),在一般健康状况(GH)、精力(VT)、精神健康(MH)、健康变化(HT)4项指标上与实验前有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。(2)实验前后,对照组9项指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)实验前2组的9项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);12周健身气功运动练习后,2组在生理机能(PF)、一般健康状况(GH)、精力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、精神健康(MH)、健康变化(HT)7项指标上具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),2组再生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)2项指标上无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健身气功运动能够改善社区独居老年人生命质量。建议:社区以科学运动强化社区独居老年人生理机能,通过团体互动激发强化社区独居老年人心理活力,多元主体协同保障长效发展。OBJECTIVE:This study is aimed to investigate the effects of Health Qigong exercises on the quality of life(QoL) of community-dwelling elderly living alone.METHOD:A randomized controlled trial was conducted with 40 elderly participants(aged ≥60 years) living alone across four communities in Yongzhou City.Participants were randomly assigned to an experimental group(n=20) receiving 12-week Health Qigong interventions or a control group(n=20).QoL was assessed using the SF-36 scale, with pre-post data analyzed via paired t-tests.RESULTS:(i)After 12 weeks of Health Qigong practice, the experimental group showed: no significant differences in Physical Functioning(PF),Role-Physical(RP),and Bodily Pain(BP) compared to baseline measurements(P>0.05);significant improvements in Social Functioning(SF) and Role-Emotional(RE)(P<0.05);and highly significant enhancements in General Health(GH),Vitality(VT),Mental Health(MH),and Health Transition(HT)(P<0.01).(ii) The control group exhibited no significant changes across all 9 metrics pre-and post-intervention(P>0.05).(iii) Baseline comparisons between groups showed no statistical differences in any metrics(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of Health Qigong practice, significant intergroup disparities emerged in PF,GH,VT,SF,RE,MH,HT(P<0.01);no differences persisted in RP and BP(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Health Qigong exercise effectively enhances QoL in community-dwelling elderly living alone.SUGGESTIONS:Implementation strategies should include: evidence-based exercise programs to improve physical capacity, group-based interventions to foster psychological resilience, and multi-stakeholder collaboration for sustainable development.
