摘　　要：新疆体育旅游与休闲康养融合发展对推动新疆地区经济、生态的可持续发展,以及体育旅游、康养服务产业创新升级具有重大意义。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在分析新疆体育旅游与休闲康养发展现状的基础上,探讨新疆体育旅游与休闲康养融合面临的现实困境,并提出相应的发展路径。研究发现:新疆体育旅游与休闲康养融合面临以下现实困境:产业资源分散,整合力度不足;基础设施不完善,配套服务产业链发展滞后;专业人才缺失,服务质量整体不高;宣传力度不足,品牌影响力亟待提高;民族传统体育文化消退,项目传承面临危机。据此,提出以下发展路径:整合体育旅游资源,发掘特色康养服务产品;政府加强引导和资金投入,完善体育旅游基础设施;加强专业人才队伍建设,优化人才发展环境;加大宣传力度,提升特色品牌影响力;推广民族传统体育文化,完善保护和传承机制。The integrated development of sports tourism and leisure wellness in Xinjiang holds significant potential for promoting sustainable economic and ecological growth,as well as driving innovative upgrades in the sports tourism and wellness service industries.Through literature research method and logical analysis,this study examines the current status,challenges,and pathways for integrating sports tourism and leisure wellness in Xinjiang.Key findings reveal the following obstacles:fragmented industry resources with insufficient integration efforts;underdeveloped infrastructure and lagging supporting service industries;shortages of professionals and subpar service quality;inadequate promotion and low brand recognition;and the decline of traditional ethnic sports culture,threatening the sports inheritance.To address these challenges,the study proposes the following pathways:consolidating sports tourism resources to develop distinctive wellness products;enhancing government guidance and funding to improve infrastructure;fostering professional team development and optimizing workforce conditions;intensifying publicity efforts to elevate brand influence;and revitalizing traditional ethnic sports culture through robust preservation and inheritance mechanisms.
