摘 要:目的:比较30 min的八法五步太极拳与传统和式太极拳练习的运动强度和能量消耗,为超重人群选择更适宜的太极拳锻炼方式提供科学依据。方法:选取20名符合条件的参与者,年龄为18~23岁,BMI在24~27.9 kg/m2之间,随机分为八法五步太极拳组(n=10)和传统和式太极拳组(n=10)。通过实验测量与数据分析,进行比较。基线特征通过身高体重测量仪评估。在2周的太极拳训练后,参与者在指导教师的带领下演示所需动作,随后使用Polar H10心率监测仪评估30 min钟太极拳训练中的能量消耗和运动强度。描述性统计方法用于总结参与者的基线特征,独立样本t检验用于比较2组太极拳在基线特征和30 min练习期间参数的差异。结果:与八法五步太极拳组相比,传统和式太极拳组在最大心率[(141.80±10.83)bpm>(117.50±10.97)bpm]、平均心率[(115.30±7.21)bpm>(98.80±10.77)bpm]、30 min练习结束时心率[(119.30±13.71)bpm>(100.70±10.54)bpm]、能量消耗[(222.30±22.84)kcal>(184.10±13.41)kcal]和运动强度[(5.75±0.66)METs>(4.65±0.40)METs]方面显著更高(P<0.001)。结论:与八法五步太极拳相比,传统和式太极拳能显著提升能量消耗与运动强度。将传统和式太极拳纳入运动计划,或许能为个体提供一种有效增强心血管健康、燃烧卡路里的方式。OBJECTIVE:To compare exercise intensity and energy expenditure during 30-minute sessions of Eight Methods and Five Steps Tai Chi(EMFS-TC) versus traditional He-style Tai Chi(THS-TC),providing a scientific basis for selecting optimal Tai Chi forms for overweight individuals.METHODS:Participants(age: 18-23 years;BMI:24-27.9 kg/m~2) were randomized into EMFS-TC(n=10) and THS-TC(n=10) groups.Baseline characteristics were assessed via height/weight measurements.After two weeks of Tai Chi training, participants performed the assigned Tai Chi forms under instructor guidance.Energy expenditure and exercise intensity during 30-minute sessions were monitored using Polar H10 heart rate sensors.Descriptive statistical methods were used to summarize participants' baseline characteristics, while independent samples t-tests were employed to compare differences in baseline characteristics and parameters during the 30-minute practice sessions between the two Tai Chi groups.RESULTS:Compared to EMFS-TC,THS-TC elicited significantly higher(P<0.001):maximum heart rate [(141.80±10.83) bpm>(117.50±10.97) bpm],mean heart rate [(115.30±7.21) bpm>(98.80±10.77) bpm],post-session heart rate [(119.30±13.71) bpm>(100.70±10.54) bpm],energy expenditure [(222.30±22.84) kcal>(184.10±13.41) kcal] and exercise intensity [(5.75±0.66) METs>(4.65±0.40) METs].CONCLUSION:Traditional He-style Tai Chi significantly enhances energy expenditure and exercise intensity compared to Eight Methods and Five Steps Tai Chi.Incorporating THS-TC into exercise regimens may offer an effective approach to improving cardiovascular health and calorie expenditure for overweight individuals.
