新质生产力助力城乡体育高质量融合发展的内在机理、现实困囿与实施路径

摘　　要：新质生产力为城乡体育的高质量融合发展提供了新的动力源泉和智力支持。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在阐述新质生产力助力城乡体育高质量融合发展的基本内涵的基础上,探讨新质生产力助力城乡体育高质量融合发展的内在机理与现实困囿,并提出实施路径。研究认为:新质生产力助力城乡体育融合发展的内在机理表现在新质劳动者、新质劳动资料及新质劳动对象的协同作用方面,为城乡体育发展提供智力引擎、动力源泉及物质基础。推进城乡体育融合发展的现实困囿主要集中在城乡体育基础设施差距、人才流动受限、数据利用效能低及政策支持力度不够等方面。据此,提出实践路径:完善城乡体育基础设施建设;健全城乡体育人才培养与流动机制;提升城乡体育数据资源的利用效能;完善相关机制,加快政策落实进程。New quality productive forces provide fresh momentum and intellectual support for the high-quality integrated development of urban-rural sports.This study employs literature research method and logical analysis to first clarify the conceptual framework of how new quality productive forces drive urban-rural sports integration,then explores their internal mechanisms and practical constraints,and finally proposes actionable implementation pathways.The study concludes that the internal mechanisms of new quality productive forces lie in the synergistic effects of three core elements:new-quality laborers,new-quality means of labor,and new-quality subjects of labor.Together,these elements create an intellectual engine,dynamic drivers,and material foundation for urban-rural sports development.Current constraints include disparities in sports infrastructure,restricted talent mobility,low efficiency in data utilization,and insufficient policy support.To address these challenges,the study recommends:enhancing infrastructure construction;establishing robust talent cultivation and mobility mechanisms;improving data utilization efficiency;improving relevant mechanisms to accelerate the process of policy implementation.
