摘  要:2型糖尿病(T2DM)是一种多因素导致的慢性血糖代谢异常性疾病,其特征是胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞衰竭导致血糖水平升高,长期的血糖水平异常对脑部结构和功能产生了潜在的影响。磁共振成像是了解脑部结构与功能生物学变化的一种重要无创性检查,多模态磁共振成像不仅可以观察T2DM患者脑灰白质的结构情况,还能观察脑功能区的代谢情况。近年来多模态磁共振成像在探讨T2DM相关脑损害的潜在发病机制中应用广泛,本文综述了多模态磁共振在T2DM相关脑损害结构和功能上的异常表现,以有助于阐明T2DM脑损害的发病机制,并为制定有效的临床防治策略提供科学依据。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia resulting from insulin resistance and pancreaticβ-cell dysfunction.Prolonged abnormal blood glucose levels exert potential impacts on brain structure and function.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)serves as a crucial non-invasive tool for investigating biological changes in brain structure and function.Multimodal MRI not only enables the observation of gray and white matter alterations in T2DM patients,but also provides insights into metabolic changes in functional brain regions.In recent years,multimodal MRI has been widely applied to explore the underlying pathogenesis of T2DM-related brain damage.This paper summarizes the structural and functional abnormalities in T2DM-related brain damage using multimodal MRI,aiming to elucidate the pathogenesis of T2DM encephalopathy and provide a scientifific basis for developing effffective clinical prevention and treatment strategies.
