农村社区公共服务质量提升的数字化对策

摘　　要：在数字化浪潮的推动下,农村地区正处于转型升级的关键时期。随着数字化技术的日益普及,农村社区公共服务在质量提升与效率提高方面迎来了全新的机遇,但与此同时也面临诸多挑战。当前,农村社区普遍存在基础设施建设不平衡、公共服务资源分布不均、农民的数字化素养偏低等问题。这导致农村社区公共服务在借助数字化技术融入智慧要素方面存在阻碍,难以提升公共服务品质与效能,亦无法契合农村居民的个性化需求,亟待加以改进与突破。实现农村公共服务的数字化转型,关键在于在数字化人才培养、数字化基础设施建设及数字化公共资源整合等方面取得实质性进展。唯有如此,方能确保数字化技术精准对接农村居民的实际需求,有力推动农村公共服务向高质量方向发展。Under the sweep of digitalization,rural areas are at a critical juncture of transformation and upgrading.With the increasing popularity of digital technology,public services in rural communities have ushered in new opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of their services,but at the same time,they also face many challenges.At present,rural communities generally have problems such as unbalanced infrastructure construction,uneven distribution of public service resources,insufficient digital literacy of farmers,and lack of data sharing mechanisms.As a result,there are obstacles in integrating smart elements into public services in rural communities with the help of digital technology,which makes it difficult to improve the quality and efficiency of public services,and cannot meet the individual needs of rural residents,which need to be improved and broken through urgently.The key to realizing the digital transformation of rural public services lies in making progress and breakthroughs in digital talent training,digital infrastructure construction,and digital public resource integration.Only in this way can we ensure that digital technology accurately meets the actual needs of rural residents and effectively promote the high-quality development of rural public services.
