红绿融合助推革命老区共同富裕的路径探析——以浙西南松阳县小港流域为例

摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征。革命老区是实现共同富裕的重点和难点之一。浙江省丽水市松阳县小港流域是浙西南革命老区的中心区域,红色文化底蕴深厚,绿色生态资源丰富,在政策支持下,发展前景广阔。但松阳县小港流域也面临着基础设施建设不完善、红色文化内涵挖掘不深入、红绿产业融合程度较低等现实困境。基于此,提出进一步完善交通路网体系,推进基础设施现代化;深挖红色文化内涵,提升红色资源赋能水平;整合红绿资源,推动红绿产业融合发展的建议,以此助推革命老区实现共同富裕。Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of the Chinese path to modernization.Old revolutionary base areas are one of the key and challenging points in achieving common prosperity.Xiaogang Basin in Songyang County,Lishui City,Zhejiang Province is a central area of the Southwestern Zhejiang Revolutionary Base Area,with profound red culture,rich green ecological resources,and broad development opportunities under policy support.But at the same time,the Songyang Xiaogang Basin is also faced with imperfect infrastructure con-struction,the realistic dilemma of insufficient excavation of red cultural connotation,and low degree of integration of red and green industries.It is necessary to improve the transportation network sys-tem and promote the modernization of infrastructure;explore the connotation of red culture deeply and improve the level of red resource empowerment;integrate red and green resources and promote their integrated development of red and green industries,ultimately promoting common prosperity of the old revolutionary base areas.
