平原地区水系连通及水美乡村建设方案探讨——以周口市扶沟县为例

摘　　要：为了使水系连通及水美乡村建设方案具有代表性,并更好地助力乡村振兴,分析周口市扶沟县水系连通及水美乡村建设存在的问题,提出适合该区域的河流系统治理措施,并结合当地人文地理提出了开展水系连通工程、疏浚清淤及护岸工程、桥闸建设工程、滨河“四好”农村路建设工程、乡村振兴示范点建设工程等相关工程,持续打造人水和谐的亲水宜居环境。基于对该项目的分析介绍,为平原地区水系连通及水美乡村建设提供可操作、可推广的经验。To ensure the representativeness of the implementation plan design for water system connectivity and beautiful waterfront village construction,and to better promote rural revitalization,this article analyzes existing issues in the water system connectivity and waterfront village development of Fugou County,Zhoukou City.It proposes systematic management measures suitable for the river system,integrating local human geography to recommend relevant projects including water system interconnection,dredging and revetment engineering,sluice-gate construction,and waterfront"Four Good Rural Road"development.These initiatives aim to continuously create a harmonious and livable water-friendly environment.Through comprehensive analysis of the project,this study provides actionable and replicable experiences for water system connectivity and beautiful waterfront village construction in plain regions.
