基于聚焦解决模式的干预措施在肺炎患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于聚焦解决模式的干预措施在肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月开封市儿童医院收治的100例肺炎患儿及其主要照顾者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为常规组(n=50)和聚焦组(n=50)。常规组采用常规干预措施,聚焦组采用基于聚焦解决模式的干预措施。对比两组患儿恐惧程度、照顾负担、心理负担、照顾能力。结果:干预后,聚焦组患儿儿童医疗恐惧调查量表(CMFS)各项评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.052、3.818、3.645、10.051,P<0.05);干预后,聚焦组患儿主要照顾者照顾者负担问卷(CBI)各项评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.917、3.163、3.796、3.528、3.369,P<0.05);干预后,聚焦组患儿主要照顾者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.589、2.614,P<0.05);干预后,聚焦组患儿主要照顾者照顾能力量表(FCTI)各项评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(t=11.551、8.089、7.693、18.380、12.399,P<0.05)。结论:基于聚焦解决模式的干预措施能够缓解肺炎患儿的医疗恐惧,减轻患儿主要照顾者的照顾及心理负担,进而提高其照顾能力。Objective:To explore the application of interventions based on focused solution model in children with pneumonia.Methods:100 children with pneumonia and their main caregivers in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were divided into routine group(n=50)and focus group(n=50)with random number table method.The routine group adopted the routine intervention,and the focused group adopted the intervention based on the focused solution model.The degree of fear,caring burden,psychological burden and caring ability were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of the children’s Medical Fear Survey(CMFS)in the focus group were lower than those in the conventional group(t=6.052,3.818,3.645,10.051;P<0.05),and the scores of the caregiver Burden questionnaire(CBI)in the focus group were lower than those in the conventional group(t=6.917,3.163,3.796,3.528,3.369;P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the focus group were lower than those in the conventional group(t=3.589,2.614;P<0.05),and the scores of caring Ability Scale(FCTI)in the focus group were lower than those in the conventional group(t=11.551,8.089,7.693,18.380,12.399;P<0.05).Conclusion:Intervention based on the focused solution model can alleviate the medical fear of children with pneumonia,reduce the care and psychological burden of their primary caregivers,and improve their caring ability.
