摘  要:目的:通过检测子痫前期(PE)患者产后一定时期内血清维生素D(VitD)、铁、锌水平与这一时期血压的相关性。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月深圳市龙华区人民医院住院分娩产妇共148例作为研究对象,研究组为妊娠期高血压相关疾病产妇61例(分为PE组22例,重度PE组15例,妊娠期高血压组24例),对照组为正常分娩产妇87例;分别于产后6周、12周及24周用化学发光法分别测定血清VitD及原子吸光法测定血清铁、锌水平,分析与血压的相关性。结果:VitD水平在所有时间点持续显示出高曲线下面积(AUC)值,铁和锌则显示出更多的波动性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清中VitD较铁、锌在妊娠相关高血压疾病中预测血压变化最为可靠。Objective:To investigate the correlation between blood pressure and serum levels of Vitamin D(VitD),Iron,and Zinc in postpartum preeclampsia(PE)patients.Methods:A total of 148 parturient women hospitalized in the obstetrics department of the hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected.The study group consisted of 61 women with hypertension-related diseases during pregnancy(divided into 22 cases of mild preeclampsia,15 cases of severe preeclampsia,and 24 cases of gestational hypertension),and the control group consisted of 87 women with normal deliveries.Serum VitD was measured by chemiluminescence,and serum Iron and Zinc levels were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy 6,12 and 24 weeks postpartum,and their correlation with blood pressure was analyzed.Results:VitD levels continuously showed high area under curve(AUC)values at all time points and comparisons,while Iron and Zinc showed more variability,with statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum Vitamin D appears to be the most reliable predictor of blood pressure changes in pregnancy-related hypertension diseases compared to Iron and Zinc.
