微信随访方式在辅助生殖中心随访工作中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:通过问卷调查、微信随访工作效率及满意度调查,探讨微信随访方式对提高辅助生殖中心患者随访工作效率及满意度的重要作用。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院生殖中心接受辅助生殖治疗的不孕症患者245例进行问卷调查,随机选取200例患者作为调查对象,按随机数表分为观察组(微信方式随访100例)和传统方式组(电话和/或短信100例),比较两组患者获得完整随访信息需要的平均随访次数、首次随访应答率、未即时应答但主动回复率、未即时应答并未回复率、随访所需时间及满意度。结果:观察组患者获得完整随访信息需要的平均随访次数、首次随访应答率、主动回复率及满意度均高于对照组,未回复率、随访所需时间显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-6.151;χ^(2)=13.755、9.991、5.980、53.898、-20.114;P<0.05)。结论:医护共同宣教提高了患者对随访工作重要性的认识,微信随访方式能显著提高随访工作效率及患者满意度。Objective:To explore the important role of follow-up work by WeChat in improving the follow-up work rate and satisfaction of patients in the assisted reproductive center by conducting a questionnaire survey,a survey on the efficiency of follow-up work and satisfaction rate after follow-up by WeChat.Methods:A total of 200 cases in the assisted reproductive center were randomly selected and divided into an observation group(follow-up via WeChat,n=100)and a traditional group(follow-up vis telephone and/or text message,n=100).The average number of follow-up visits required to obtain complete follow-up information,the first follow-up response rate,the rate of active response without immediate response,the time required for follow-up,and patient satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The average number of follow-up visits required to obtain complete follow-up information,the first follow-up response rate,the active response rate,and satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the non-response rate and the time required for follow-up were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=-6.151;χ^(2)=13.755,9.991,5.980,53.898,-20.114;P<0.05).Conclusion:Joint education by doctors and nurses has improved patients’awareness of the importance of follow-up work.WeChat follow-up method can significantly improve the efficiency of follow-up work and patient satisfaction.
