摘　　要：目的:围绕就诊于南阳市卧龙区妇幼保健院儿科的手足口病(HFMD)患儿,对其发病的季节性特征进行监测,为此病防控方案的制定提供依据。方法:基于传染病报告系统,对HFMD发病数据进行详细、全面且实时性地监测,借助集中度与圆形分布法,对HFMD发病方面所存在的季节性情况进行深入剖析。结果:2020—2022年,南阳市卧龙区妇幼保健院儿科门诊HFMD季节性分布的相应集中度依次是0.494、0.458、0.673,表明3年皆有季节性。3年的高峰日是2020年7月24日、2021年8月23日与2022年7月30日,而高峰期依次是2020年5月13日—10月1日、2021年6月11日—11月4日、2022年6月8日—9月21日。结论:南阳市HFMD的发病存在显著的季节性特征,其流行高峰日、高峰期分别为7—8月、5—10月,建议强化对此病的监测工作,依据流行特点,在合适时间加以防控,阻断此病传播,控制其流行。Objective:To monitor the seasonal characteristics of the children with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)who were in Pediatric Department,Nanyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital,so as to provide a basis for the formulation of the prevention and control plan of this disease.Methods:Based on the infectious disease reporting system,monitor HFMD morbidity comprehensively and real-time,and analyze the seasonal situation of HFMD with the method of concentration and circular distribution.Results:From 2020 to 2022,the corresponding concentration of seasonal distribution of HFMD in Pediatric Clinic,Nanyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital was 0.494,0.458 and 0.673,indicating the seasonality of all three years.The three years are from July 24,2020,August 23,2021 and July 30,2022,while the peak was from May 13 to October 1,2020,from June 11 to November 4,2021,and from June 8 to September 21,2022.Conclusion:The incidence of HFMD in Nanyang City has significant seasonal characteristics,and the epidemic peak day and peak period are from July to August and from May to October respectively.It is suggested to strengthen the monitoring of the disease,and prevent and control it at the appropriate time according to the epidemic characteristics,so as to block the spread of the disease and control its epidemic.
