摘  要:目的:探讨基于计划行为理论的健康教育前移模式对女性妇科择期手术患者的心理状况和健康行为能力的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2023年2月—2023年5月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院妇科病区因良性疾病拟择期行手术治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,将主院区患者作为观察组,分院区患者作为对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者实施常规健康教育,观察组患者实施基于计划行为理论的健康教育前移模式,比较两组患者出院前1 d的妇科疾病知识水平、心理弹性及健康行为能力,出院后1个月、3个月的心理弹性及健康行为能力。结果:出院前1 d,观察组患者妇科知识、心理弹性、健康行为分数均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-7.756、-3.571、-4.930,P<0.05)。出院后1个月、3个月,观察组患者健康行为能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-6.035、-8.081,P<0.01)。观察组患者心理弹性均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-3.026、-2.396,P<0.05)。结论:实施基于计划行为理论的健康教育前移模式能有效提高妇科患者疾病知识水平、心理弹性及健康行为能力。Objective:To investigate the effects of the forward model of health education based on the theory of planned behaviour on the psychological status and health behaviour abilities of female patients undergoing elective gynaecological surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients undergoing elective gynaecological surgery in the hospital from February 2023 to May 2023 were selected for the study.These patients were then divided into control and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional health education,while the observation group was exposed to a forward model of health education based on the theory of planned behaviour.The levels of gynaecological disease knowledge,psychological resilience,and health behaviour abilities between the two groups 1 day before discharge were compared,and the health behaviour abilities and psychological resilience of the patients were followed up for 1 month and 3 months after discharge.Results:1 day before discharge,the observation group demonstrated significantly higher levels of gynaecological disease knowledge,psychological resilience,and health behaviour abilities compared with the control group(t=-7.756,-3.571,-4.930;P<0.05).Furthermore,the health behaviour abilities(t=-6.035,-8.081;P<0.01)and psychological resilience(t=-3.026,-2.396;P<0.05)of the observation group remained significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The implementation of the forward model of health education based on the theory of planned behaviour can effectively improve gynaecological disease knowledge,psychological resilience,and health behaviour abilities.
