摘 要:目的:观察多维度健康教育对脊髓损伤患者康复进程及预后情况的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月驻马店市中心医院收治的110例脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象。以双盲抽样法将其分为常规组和试验组,每组各55例。常规组给予常规干预,试验组采用多维度健康教育联合干预,对所有患者开展为期1年的随访,比较两组患者的健康认知水平、康复依从性、康复进程及预后情况。结果:干预后,试验组患者疾病相关知识、诊疗注意事项、个人管理要点等维度评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.835、2.779、3.252,P<0.05);试验组患者康复依从性优良率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.062,P<0.05);试验组患者下床时间、疼痛缓解时间、住院时间、椎体功能恢复时间均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.316、5.475、5.772、4.063,P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.664,P<0.05)。结论:多维度健康教育有利于提高脊髓损伤患者的健康认知水平及康复依从性,对加快患者康复进程、降低并发症发生风险均有积极意义。Objective:To observe the impact of multidimensional health education on the rehabilitation process and prognosis of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods:The subjects of this study were 110 patients with spinal cord injury admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022.They were divided into conventional group and experimental group by double-blind sampling method,with 55 cases in both groups.The conventional group received routine intervention,and the experimental group received multi-dimensional health education combined intervention.All patients were followed up for 1 year,and the health cognition level,rehabilitation compliance,rehabilitation process and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,scores of disease-related knowledge,precautions for diagnosis and treatment,and personal management points in test groups were higher than those in conventional group,with statistically significant difference(t=2.835,2.779,3.252;P<0.05).The rate of rehabilitation compliance in the test group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.062;P<0.05).The duration of getting out of bed,pain relief,hospital stay and vertebral function recovery in experimental groups were lower than those in conventional group,with statistically significant difference(t=3.316,5.475,5.772,4.063;P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.664,P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidimensional health education is beneficial for improving the health cognition level and rehabilitation compliance of patients with spinal cord injury.It has positive significance in accelerating the rehabilitation process and reducing the risk of complications.
