摘　　要：目的:采用Meta分析综合评价中药口腔护理在经口气管插管患者中的应用效果。方法:通过计算机检索国外数据库(Web of Science、Cochrane Library、PubMed)、国内数据库(CNKI、WanFang、VIP、CBM)中关于中药口腔护理应用于经口气管插管患者中的随机对照试验,检索时间为数据库建立至2023年12月。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入文献16篇,共1449名经口气管插管患者。接受中药口腔护理与未接受中药护理的患者在呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率、口腔异味发生率、口腔溃疡发生率、真菌感染发生率等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药口腔护理可有效降低经口气管插管患者口腔相关并发症,从而减VAP的发生,但其对机械通气时长的影响有待进一步的验证。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)solution as the preparation of oral care on patients with oral tube intubation with Meta-analysis.Methods:Literature on randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of the effect of TCM solution as the preparation of oral care on patients with oral tube intubation by searching databases,such as foreign database(Web of Science,Cochrane library and PubMed),and universal Chinese databases(CNKI,WanFang,VIP and CBM),were retrieved by computer.The published papers were published from the time of data building to December 28,2023.RevMan 5.3 was used.Results:16 researches were included in this analysis,and 1449 patients were included.Meta-analysis results showed that the incidences of VAP,oral malodor,oral ulcer and incidence of fungal infection were significantly different.Conclusion:TCM solution can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of VAP and oral related complications in patient undergoing mechanical ventilation,and shorten the length of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization.
