摘　　要：目前腰椎间盘突出的发病率越来越高,腰椎间盘突出患者的生活质量会逐渐下降,手术治疗能够有效改善患者腰腿疼痛的症状,提高患者生活质量。目前,随着手术方式的改良与优化,治疗安全、创伤小、术后恢复时间短的微创手术已逐渐成为患者的首选术式,文章就各种微创手术的发展进程及优缺点进行综述。Incidence and a gradual decline in the quality of life of patients increase.Surgical treatment can effectively improve the status of waist and leg pain,and improve the quality of life of patients.At present,with the improvement and optimization of surgical methods,minimally invasive surgery with safe treatment,small trauma and short postoperative recovery time has gradually become the first choice of patients.The study reviews the development process,and advantages and disadvantages of various minimally invasive surgery.
