摘  要:本科教学督导作为质量保障体系建设的重要内容,在教学督导范围、教学督导模式、教学督导组织方面存在“三重困境”,传统督导工作对信息技术适应不够,教学督导“督”“导”“评”三重关系还并不能适应新时期一流本科教育建设。基于此,本文对本科教学督导工作进行了深入分析,简要论述了督导困境的表征和冲突形式,基于循证教育和发展性督导理念提出了“三个”现实转向,即评价性向发展性转向、传统型向智慧型转向、模糊性向协同性转向,并从更新理念、完善制度、建强队伍、畅通运行四个方面入手,为新一轮审核评估背景下学校督导工作的开展提出了具体的行动策略。As an important part of the construction of quality assurance system,undergraduate teaching supervision has a"triple dilemma"in the aspects of teaching supervision category,teaching supervision mode and teaching supervision organization.The traditional supervision work is not enough to adapt to information technology,and the triple relationship among"supervision","guidance"and"evaluation"can not adapt to the construction of first-class undergraduate education in the new era.Based on this,We makes an indepth analysis of undergraduate teaching supervision,briefly discusses the representation and conflict forms of supervision dilemma,and puts forward"three"realistic transformation based on evidence-based education and developmental supervision theory namely,evaluative supervision transformation to developmental supervision,traditional supervision transformation transformation to intelligent supervision,fuzzy supervision transformation to collaborative supervision.And the specific action strategies including updating the concept,improving the system,establishing a high level of supervision team and optimizing the supervisory operation mechanism are proposed for the development of supervision in the context of a new round of audit and evaluation.
