摘　　要：为探究运动APP功能与大学公共体育课外锻炼的赋能路径,本研究运用文献分析法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等方法,以成都中医药大学2021级、2022级公共体育课程学生使用UNIRUN APP校园跑数据为研究对象,对使用评价、使用情况、使用动机以及使用反馈等内容进行调查分析,提出融通公共体育课程课内外功能模块、完善校园跑APP科学化实施标准、增强UNIRUN APP体验质量、助力体质健康与课外锻炼的协同赋能路径,以期为运动APP辅助大学体育教学的应用提供借鉴与参考。In order to explore the empowering path between the functions of sports apps and extracurricular exercise in university public sports,this study used methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics.Based on the data of students in the 2021 and 2022 public physical education courses of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine using the UNIRUN APP as the research object,this study investigates and analyzes the evaluation,usage,motivation,and feedback of usage.It proposes a collaborative empowerment path that integrates the internal and external functional modules of public physical education courses,improves the scientific implementation standards of campus running apps,enhances the quality of the UNIRUN APP experience,and assists physical health and extracurricular exercise,in order to provide reference and reference for the application of sports apps in assisting university physical education teaching.
