概念模型、实践路径、应用策略:基于学生画像的高校精准思政的三重维度

摘　　要：画像技术以大数据算法为支撑,能够把握学生真实需求,推动精准思政落实落地。在思政教育过程中应用画像技术,必须遵循交互原则、主体中心原则以及系统性原则,进而形成由环境、画像、评价以及共同体组成的双向流通循环系统。这一概念模型的运行机制具体表现为一个核心、两个结合、三个赋能、多个联动。文章即在简要分析概念模型的基础上,从指标设计与数据融合、数据描画与直观展现以及需求研判与综合分析等三个维度探究基于学生画像的高校精准思政实践路径,并探究具体应用策略,包括建设精准思政画像数据资源、开发精准思政学生深度画像、创新精准思政工作实践路径、建设精准思政画像技术伦理等,以期为相关工作者提供有益借鉴。Supported by big data algorithms,portrait technology can grasp the real needs of students and promote the implementation of precise ideological education.The application of image technology in the process of civic education must follow the principles of interaction,subject-centered principle and subject-centered principle,and then form a two-way circulation system consisting of environment,image,evaluation and community.The operating mechanism of this conceptual model is characterized by one core,two combinations,three empowerment,and multiple linkages.On the basis of briefly analyzing the conceptual model,the article explores the practice path of precise ideological politics in colleges and universities based on students'portraits in three dimensions:index design and data integration,data depiction and visual display,and demand research and comprehensive analysis,and explores specific application strategies,including building precise ideological politics portrait data resources,developing precise ideological politics in-depth portraits of students,innovating the practice path of precise ideological politics,and constructing the technology ethics of precise ideological politics,with a view to providing a more effective way to promote precise ideological politics and to improve the quality of students'work.The study also explores specific application strategies,including the construction of precise ideology and politics data resources,the development of precise ideology and politics in-depth portrait of students,the innovation of precise ideology and politics practice path,and the construction of precise ideology and politics technical ethics,etc.,with a view to providing useful reference for related workers.
