摘　　要：媒体外交是中国开展对拉美外交的重要形式,中国领导人通过媒体将中国共产党发展理念和中国外交思想传播到拉美。新中国成立初期,中国通过电台广播向拉美传达外交和发展理念,并积极支持拉美国家争取民族独立和合法权益的斗争,为20世纪70年代与拉美国家建交提供有利条件。冷战结束后,中国在新的时代背景下拓展了对拉美媒体外交的内涵。中国积极宣传与拉美共同发展的理念,与拉美携手致力于全球治理,并加强中拉治国理政经验交流,将中国脱贫、反腐等经验传入拉美。中国对拉美的媒体外交开启并深化了中拉关系,有利于推动拉美经济提质升级,促进全球经济良性发展,同时使“中国威胁论”“新殖民主义”等谣言不攻自破,改善我党和我国在拉美国家的形象。中国在未来还应加强对拉美国家媒体外交力度,重点关注拉美国家的主要利益诉求,有层次地逐步推进,并鼓励更多媒体走进拉美,讲好中国故事。Media diplomacy is an important form of China's diplomacy with Latin America,through which Chinese leaders spread the CPC's development philosophy and China's diplomatic thought to Latin America.In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,China conveyed its diplomatic and development philosophy to Latin America through broadcasting and actively supported Latin American countries in their struggle for national independence and legitimate rights and interests,thus providing favorable conditions for the establishment of diplomatic relations with Latin American countries in the 1970s.After the end of the Cold War,China has expanded the connotation of media diplomacy towards Latin America in the new era.China has actively promoted the concept of common development with Latin America,worked with Latin America to strengthen global governance,stepped up exchanges of governance experience with Latin America,and shared China's experience in poverty alleviation and anti-corruption with Latin America.China's media diplomacy towards Latin America has opened up and deepened China-Latin America relations,which is conducive to the upgrading of the Latin American economy and the sound development of the global economy.At the same time,it to makes the “China threat theory”,“new colonialism” and other rumors dispelled,improving the national image of our party and our country in Latin America.In the future,China should strengthen its media diplomacy with Latin America,focus on the main interests of Latin American countries,promote it gradually at different levels,while encouraging more media to come to Latin America and tell China's stories well.
