摘　　要：“命运共同体”既注重利益驱动,也强调情感维系,从弊端与危害上实现了对“利益共同体”的两个超越,是中拉合作的必然依归。同时,拉美国家因文化差异产生的认知分歧、内部的利益分化、际遇的“失范”危机,将是“命运共同体”之下中拉合作遭遇的实然风险。对此,中国应坚持“共同利益”与“共同情感”双轮驱动,通过发展自身、加大合作和促进对话,从而规避和化解风险。厘清“中拉命运共同体”构建的必然逻辑、实然风险和应然路径,科学分析中拉合作过程中“命运共同体”缘何构建、有何风险、如何构建等问题,对于进一步推动“中拉命运共同体”构建具有重要意义。A community of shared future emphasizes both interests and emotions,as the inevitable essence of Sino-Latin America cooperation,which has achieved two surmounts to the community of interests from the disadvantages and harms.At the same time,the cognitive differences caused by cultural differences in Latin American countries,the internal interest differentiation and the “anomie” crisis of opportunity would be the real risks for Sino-Latin America cooperation in the community of share future.Therefore,China should adhere to the two-wheel drive of “common interest” and “common emotions”,avoid and defuse those risks by developing itself,intensifying cooperation and promoting dialogue.In the process of Sino-Latin America cooperation,it is of great significance to further promote the construction of a community of shared future for China and Latin America by clarifying the inevitable logic,actual risks and necessary paths,and scientifically analyzing the problems of “why to construc”,“what risks” and “how to construct”.
