摘　　要：本文是以档案资料、厂志、前工人撰写的回忆录和口述史为基础的北京小三线工程之一——东方军工厂(化名)的微观史,着重探讨了军工厂工人如何参与社会主义现代化建设并切身感受中国与外部世界关系的变化。本文将军工厂区视为劳动与政治动员的实体微型空间,以及后来凝聚集体记忆的场所,以现有的三线建设研究和近年来关于社会主义企业中国家权力的构成与运行研究为出发点,展示了三线内部阶层化的劳动者如何通过运用非正式的集体谈判创造性地跨越城乡之间物质与制度上的鸿沟。此外,本文还将共和国前三十年革命式现代化的进程和改革开放时期的历史联系起来,讨论三线军工厂及其工人在不同社会经济制度过渡时期的生存策略。This article presents a micro-history of Dongfang Arsenal(a pseudonym),one of small Third-line projects in Beijing,based on archival materials,factory records,memoirs compiled by former workers,and oral history.It focuses on how the arsenal's workers were engaged in socialist modernization and tangibly experienced the changing relationship between China and the outside world.In this article,the arsenal is regarded as a physical micro-space for labor and political mobilization,and later as a collective memory site.Built upon existing studies of the Third-line and recent research on the composition and operation of state power in socialist enterprises,the article demonstrates how the Third-line's internally stratified labour force creatively navigated the physical and institutional urban-rural divide by employing informal collective bargaining.Additionally,this paper relates the process of revolutionary modernization in the first 30 years of the People's Republic China to the history with the reform and opening up period,and discusses the survival strategy of the Third-line munitions factory and its workers in the transition period of different social and economic systems.
