摘　　要：保护好、运用好红色资源,实现红色资源高质量开发利用,是新时代推进中华民族伟大复兴的内在要求。新质生产力与红色资源高质量开发利用具有理论和实践上的逻辑耦合,为红色资源的高质量开发利用提供强劲支撑。新质生产力赋能红色资源高质量开发利用,应在专业团队、科技创新、要素配置、绿色发展等方面发力,以项目化、场景化、多维化、效益化方式推动红色资源开发利用持续健康发展。Protecting and utilizing red resources well,and achieving high-quality development and utilization of red resources,are inherent requirements for promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.The coupling of new quality productivity and high-quality development of red resources in theory and practice provides strong support for the high-quality development and utilization of red resources.To empower the high-quality development and utilization of red resources with new quality productivity,efforts should be made in professional teams,technological innovation,factor allocation,green development,and other aspects to promote the sustainable and healthy development of red resource development and utilization through project-based,scenario-based,multi-dimensional,and benefit-oriented approaches.
