新质生产力背景下元宇宙赋能图书馆数字化转型:价值、困境与着力方向

摘　　要：通过PEST分析框架,从政治、经济、社会、科技四个维度全面剖析新质生产力背景下图书馆数字化转型的外部环境。文章认为:元宇宙赋能图书馆数字化有诸多优势,同时也蕴含着技术壁垒与成本窘境、数据安全与隐私风险、服务创新与需求适配、数字鸿沟与两极分化等诸多困境;图书馆利用元宇宙进行数字化转型,需要从秉承价值共创与奉行多元治理、夯实安全底座与筑牢风险屏障、审慎决策制定与力行用户研究、坚持普惠服务与促进数字包容等方面着手。Against the backdrop of New Quality Productivity,the study comprehensively analyzes the external environment for the digital transformation of libraries under this context through the PEST framework,which examines political,economic,social,and technological dimensions.The article posits that the metaverse holds numerous advantages for empowering library digitization but also presents challenges such as technical barriers and cost dilemmas,data security and privacy risks,service innovation and demand adaptation,and digital divides and polarization.To leverage the metaverse for digital transformation,libraries must focus on adhering to value co-creation and embracing diverse governance,strengthening security foundations and erecting risk barriers,making prudent decisions and conducting rigorous user research,and maintaining inclusive services and promoting digital inclusion.
