摘　　要：伴随网络技术的发展,虚假信息日益泛滥,给个人和社会带来负面的影响;研究辟谣效果的影响因素,探究加强辟谣效果的策略,有利于提升虚假信息的治理水平。文章从辟谣主体、辟谣信息、辟谣平台与信息受众四个维度提取影响网络虚假信息辟谣效果的因素,采用DEMATEL方法对关键影响因素进行识别,同时采用ISM方法构建影响因素之间的解释结构模型。研究发现主体影响力、平台权威性、平台访问量、感知可信度、态度倾向以及话题卷入度是影响辟谣效果的关键影响因素。其中,平台权威性是解释结构模型中的最底层因素,平台访问量在模型中对其他影响因素也存在关联作用。因此,提升辟谣信息的传播效果应充分发挥平台在辟谣工作中的媒介作用。With the development of the Internet technology,the proliferation of false information is increasingly widespread,bringing negative impacts to individuals and society.Studying the factors which influence the debunking effectiveness of online false information and exploring strategies to enhance refutation efforts are beneficial to improve the level of governance over false information.This paper extracted factors which affected the effectiveness of refuting false information online from four dimensions:the refutation subject,the refutation information,the refutation platform,and the information audience.The paper used DEMATEL method to identify key influencing factors and ISM method to construct an interpretive structural model among the influencing factors.The study finds that the influence of the subject,the authority of the platform,the platform's traffic,perceived credibility,attitude tendency,and topic involvement are key factors affecting the effectiveness of rumor refutation.Among these factors,the authority of the platform is the most fundamental causal factor in the structural model,and platform traffic also has a related effect on other influencing factors in the model.Therefore,to enhance the dissemination effect of rumor-refuting information,the medium role of the platform in rumor refutation should be fully utilized.
