摘　　要：作为全球四大湾区之一,粤港澳大湾区是我国对外开放和创新发展的关键区域,其战略意义显而易见。转型发展是图书馆事业研究的重要议题。文章通过梳理粤港澳大湾区图书馆事业发展的现状,总结其制度建设、资源建设、合作交流和服务发展的经验,提出转型发展对策:完善共享合作交流协调机制,强化制度监督作用;加强资源整合,实现新技术赋能;深化行业交流,加强社会联结和宣传;不断深入社区了解和激发用户需求,打造湾区服务品牌。As one of the four major bay areas in the world,the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area is a key region for China's opening-up and innovative development,and its strategic significance is obvious.Transformation and development are important issues of concern in the research of library industry,and the development of librarianship in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area has always been at the forefront in China.The article summarizes the current development status of the librarianship in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,encompassing policy formulation,resource allocation,cooperation,exchange,and service enhancement.The paper proposes that countermeasures for the transformation and development of libraries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should improve the mechanism for sharing,cooperation,exchange,and coordination,and strengthen the role of institutional supervision,strengthen resource integration and achieve new technology empowerment,deepen industry exchanges,strengthen social connections and publicity,continuously delve into the community to understand and stimulate user needs,and build a Bay Area service brand.
